I’ve been going to wave max for awhile and I’m so pleased with the service. I had 1 little issue with the last wash hour. I called the owner and issue was resolved he actually called me back I go here bcuz it’s clean and customer service is top tier they are very welcoming and I feel very safe here. This is the best laundromat in New Haven. Most importantly it’s affordable. Go there for the best service. Ms. Nancy is the best I always feel at home with her I refuse to go anywhere else to do laundry.

Nancy is a very nice lady she helps as soon as you get to the door even if you don’t want her to her she keeps the business very clean and she make sure you do not forget an item I love coming to wash when Nancy is working

This laundromat is absolutely amazing! It’s always spotless, well-maintained, and organized, which makes doing laundry a breeze. The machines are modern, efficient, and reliable, and I’ve never had any issues with them. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they clearly take pride in keeping the place in great condition.Nancy is such a big help and always greet me with me a smile. It’s also conveniently located near my house, which is a huge bonus. If you’re looking for a clean, hassle-free place to do your laundry, this is it. Highly recommend!

Best laundromat in the area! The staff is courteous, the facilities are spotless and the machines are hospital grade sanitation level. If that weren't enough... it's located next to an Aldi. You can get your laundry and groceries all done in about an hour.

I had an amazing experience! The owners, Jazz and Michelle, were fantastic. All the appliances are new, customer service is top-tier, and the overall service is excellent. I'll definitely be coming here again.

Nancy is very kind and helpful. She helps with bringing in my laundry. She keeps the place spotless. This is the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been in.

Love the convenience, location, and the prices!! Ms. Nancy is always helpful!! She will meet you at the door and help you bring in your laundry. Any questions or concerns about the machines, she's there for you. This place even offers affordable laundry services. Very clean facility!! Forgot the laundry soap, bleach, fabric softener, or dryer sheets? Don't worry, they have it at Wavemax!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, friendly staff, quickest wash I've ever had. 1 hour. In and out. Its clean. No other laundry mat is this clean. I've never seen any of those issues those people had on there reviews. .
